4to. 68 pp. + 20pp. ads. Dark blue limp cloth with front cover decoratively embossed with the gilt-colored title & regimental insignia. Illustrated with b/w photographs including a fold-out. Containing the chronological and genealogical history of the present units composing the regiment, together with organization rosters, officers' records, photographs, and a running account of each troop's activities, past and present. Covers the Cavalry's 6 troops located at Harrisburg, Carlisle, Chambersburg, Tyrone, Punxsutawney & New Castle. Except for rubbing at the spine extremes, the covers are Fine (no defects). Internally, most pages have finger soiling, smudging & wrinkling. There are also edge tears (about 10) ranging from 3/8 to 5 1/2 repaired with archival tape. The fold-out photo is missing its fold-out half and 3/4 of the outer edge of the remaining half has been clipped. See photo.
