Color photogravure. Undivided back with message panel on front. 1 cent stamp required. Title & '1116' printed in red in the white panel on the right edge of the front. This is a view looking up or down Spring Creek in Paxton Park through trees arching over the creek toward a wooden bridge with steps at both ends. Two white boys & one African-American boy are shown on the bridge leaning on the rail, a very unusual picture for a circa 1904 postcard. Paxtang Park was a trolley park established in 1893 by the Harrisburg Railways Co. and closed in 1929. The back is printed in green with 'Made In Germany A. C. Bosselman & Co. New York' along the left edge. Unused. Very Good, i.e. signs of careful use with no significant defects. NOTE: Shipping for this item via 1st Class Mail is $2.00. Your shipping charge will appear as $4.00 in the Shopping Cart, but will be lowered before your credit card is charged.
