None of the printings of the 1st editions were printed with an ISBN. The Author's First Novel, Colorstruck is a monumental novel often described as the first novel which deals effectively with the subject of white-skinned African Americans who are often not accepted by either race. The novel combines the author's literary insight into the her personal experience & the history of race relations in the United States. Set in the film & jazz industries of the early 1900s, the author details the lives of a pair of Black twins, one of whom passes for white.
