Artvue Post Card Co. [New York]. No date. 
B/w. Divided back. Sign on the wall states 'The 18th century greist mill is now grinding the wheat for the famous Pepperidge Farm Whole Wheat Bread'. Below the title, 'Sudbury, Mass. The Miller Still Grinds Goodness'. The Wayside Inn Grist Mill (known as the Sudbury Grist Mill) was built as a museum by Henry Ford and ground its first grain in 1929. In 1952, the Mill began to produce stone-ground whole wheat flour for Pepperidge Farm under a lease arrangement with the Inn. It shipped its entire output to Pepperidge Farm plants until 1967. Fine. Color photolithograph. Divided back. White border. Pictures the factory in monotone within a panel on the right & Niagara Falls in color on the left. No cereal bowl in the lower right corner. 'Series 412'. The text below the factory panel contain the phrase 'one of the cleanest food factories in the world' which indicates that this card was the 3rd & latest version of the 412 Series issued about 1930.
