Bookplate stamp on front endpaper & gift presentation on back endpaper dated 1934. o/w Fine (No defects)/ DJ (1' tear down the fold between the front & inner flap extending another inch down the edge of the cover, 1 1/2' tear at the bottom of the same fold, back fold has a 1 1/4' tear, small chips & wear at spine extremes, light wear on spine o/w Very Good. i.e. signs of careful use with no significant defects with no affect to the Art Deco illustration on the front cover of an in-air refueling).

Some paste action on about 1 1/2' on each side of the gutters of the front & back endpapers, upper right corner of the front cover bumped o/w Very Good, i.e. signs of careful use with no significant defects. No dustjacket.
