Colophon: This book was set in Caldonia and Caslon Display types by Maryland Linotype Composition Company. It was printed by the Murray Printing Company and bound by the Haddon Craftsmen, Inc. Designed by Ann Sinelli.' Dustjacket design by Paul Bacon. Fine (No defects)/ DJ (There are scattered small areas in the escutcheon enclosing the title on the front panel & on the spine where the jacket's lamination has lifted (but not peeled). All are barely noticeable, but most prominent on the lower spine (see scan). The top of the spine shows wear & a few very small tears. The inside of the back panel has a dampstain across its top edge & a large pink stain spot at the bottom edge (see scan) - o/w Very Good, i.e. signs of careful use with no significant defects).
