The front cover has a 3/8' tear on the bottom edge; a 1' tear on the right edge (3' up from the bottom) with a crease extending from the end of the tear down to the bottom edge, 1 1/8' from the right edge; & some scattered faint creasing. Interior page has a 1' edge tear & some wear on the right side. Back has a 3/4' tear on the left edge, creased corners & a little flaking of the glossy coating in the bottom left corner.
